How far in advance should I book my event?

Unfortunately the answer is… it depends!

For full wedding planning (from venue scouting onwards), we recommend at least a year and a half in advance to make sure we can negotiate the best package for your dream wedding.

For wedding coordination & styling, we suggest six to three months in advance depending on your date. During high season, weekend dates will be booked out faster.

For a celebratory event, three months is the sweet spot to really lock down the preferred venue, date and to remain within budget.

Can Wild Dahlia handle destination weddings?

Absolutely! We coordinate all details for local and destination celebrations. With our expertise in liaising with venue owners and hotel managers, we can ensure that even miles away, we plan everything down to the detail.

With that said, we only offer a limited amount of full wedding planning packages due to availability. If you are interested, please inquire and we will let you know!

What is the planning process like?

We guide you step-by-step from initial ideas to flawless execution in a friendly and personalized way.
The initial consultation for any service is about getting to know your vision for the event, as well as your priorities, and to get to know you as a person (or a couple) to see if we truly are a planning match.

Then we will establish some key next steps, making it smooth and stress-free for you!

We do our best to assist last-minute requests depending on availability and scope.
